1. Acceptance
By using DevToolSDK you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of Honduras.
2. What this site is
DevToolSDK publishes educational guides about software tools, written and verified as described in our editorial process. Our guides are documentation and opinion, not professional advice.
Specifically, nothing on this site constitutes legal, financial, security or procurement advice. A guide reflects the tool version stated at the top of the chapter, on the platforms we tested, which may differ from your environment in ways that change the outcome. Commands that modify systems, delete data or incur cloud costs are your responsibility to understand before you run them.
3. Accuracy and currency
Software changes, and command line flags change with it. We revisit guides when a release invalidates a chapter and mark them with an updated date, but we cannot guarantee that every command on every page works with the version you have installed. Always check the official documentation for the version you are running.
If you find an error, tell us — corrections get priority over everything else in our queue.
4. Your use of our content
You may:
- Read, print and share our articles for personal or internal business use
- Quote brief excerpts with clear attribution and a link to the original page
- Link to any page on this site, from anywhere, without asking
You may not:
- Republish articles in whole or in substantial part without written permission
- Present our content as your own, or strip attribution from it
- Scrape the site at a volume that degrades it for other readers
- Use our content to train a model that reproduces it, without permission

5. What you send us
If you send us a comparison suggestion, a correction or any other feedback, you grant us a non-exclusive right to act on it, including publishing a correction that references it. We will not publish your name or contact details without asking you first.
6. Third-party links and advertising
This site links to third-party websites and displays advertising served by Google. We do not control either, and we are not responsible for their content, their products or their privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and an advertisement is definitively not one — see our advertising and affiliate disclosure.
7. Availability
We make no guarantee that the site will be available, uninterrupted or error-free. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time without notice.
8. Limitation of liability
The site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ronny Vasquez is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or from decisions made in reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
9. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our privacy policy, which explains what we collect and how advertising cookies work.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
